First Haj flight from Bacha Khan Airport tomorrow

Immunisation to continue till Monday
PESHAWAR: The first Haj flight from Bacha Khan Airport will depart on Sunday while a total of 31000 pilgrims will be departing from Peshawar during the pre-Haj operation.
The first Haj flight of Shaheen Airline will leave Bacha Khan airport at 11:45 a.m with 368 pilgrims going to perform Hujj under private schemes.
The first PIA flight, taking 219 Hujaj under the private scheme, will leave on Sept 9 at 17:15 hours.

The flights of pilgrims going under government scheme will start from Sept 11, said Airport Manager, Sadiq-ur-Rehman.
Talking to APP Sadiq informed that the management of concerned departments have decided that relatives arriving at airport to see off pilgrims will not be allowed to enter the premises due to security concern.
He requested the people not to come at the airport for seeing the pilgrims off while keeping in view security threat from anti-state elements.
He also directed the representatives of both official and private airlines to ensure provision of all facilities to the passenger and try to make their journey more comfortable.
The immunization of the intending pilgrims would be continued at their respective Haji Camps till Oct 9, said an official of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
Talking to APP he said no outbound pilgrim would deprived of vaccination against the viral diseases. -APP
